About the Role:

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join this multi-award-winning firm during an exciting phase of growth.

You'll handle a diverse and engaging caseload, covering contentious and non-contentious matters such as employment contracts, support on commercial issues, redundancy, post-termination restrictions, settlement agreements, TUPE, and whistleblowing.

Working alongside a passionate Employment Partner within the firm's thriving employment department, this role offers excellent prospects for long-term personal and professional development and progression, with many senior lawyers and partners having risen through the ranks internally.

Requirements:

Experienced Employment Lawyer (likely at Associate or Senior Associate level, though consideration will be given up to Legal Director level). Minimum of five years PQE managing an employment caseload (no upper limit on PQE). Experience in Business Development and confidence in networking to attract new clients. Existing contacts in Kent and/or Sussex would be advantageous. Ambitious individuals with aspirations for growth within the business are sought after.
