This highly successful law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join them on a part time basis, working remotely after short a period of initial onboarding at their office in London's West End.

The Role

This prestigious law firm in the West End is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant with solid experience in Real Estate and Litigation to support fee earners across the firm.

This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering exceptional administrative support across multiple departments. You'll be providing vital assistance with document management, court communications, diary coordination, billing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and electronically file court forms and documents (including CE-File)
  • Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings; manage multiple diaries
  • Liaise with courts and third parties confidently and professionally
  • Support billing processes, including processing third-party invoices
  • Perform accurate audio and copy typing (minimum 50 wpm)
  • Assist with document bundling alongside paralegals and reprographics
  • Order Land Registry documents
  • Manage calls and communications with professionalism
  • Maintain organised, efficient filing systems
  • Use DocuSign for document execution


About You

You'll have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an EA in a Real Estate or Litigation legal setting, along with:

  • Able to work part time on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
  • Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation
  • Excellent typing speed (50+ wpm) and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Clear communication and outstanding attention to detail
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism
  • A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage competing deadlines

  • Salary up to £45,000 PA (dependent on experience - it is expected the minimum salary offered will be around 40k)
