Family Law Partner - Head of London | Central London | Hybrid (3 days WFH) | Lead and grow a high-end family law team

It offers a genuinely flexible, people-first culture, hybrid working (3 days from home), and excellent retention. A new Central London office is set to open soon, supporting continued growth in core areas like family law.
The Role:
A key opportunity to lead and develop the firm's London family law team, focused on HNW and UHNW clients with complex matters. You'll have the autonomy to shape the team's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and unify a growing team of family law specialists
- Collaborate with leadership to meet team goals
- Develop your London network and bring in new work
- Manage a varied caseload: divorce, finances, children, cohabitation, prenups
- Advise HNW/UHNW clients on sensitive, high-value matters
- Mentor junior lawyers and oversee casework
- Drive business development and build referrer relationships
- Ensure strong organisation and compliance
- Stay up to date with legal developments
