Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, including, Child arrangements, Financial settlements and remedies, Pre and post nuptial agreements, Cohabitation disputes
• Deliver empathetic, client focused service at every stage of the legal process
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in mentoring and development initiatives
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the family law team through high quality legal work and community engagement

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales with 2+ years' PQE in family law
• Confident in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills, with a compassionate and professional approach
• Experience around and Contributed to Family case loads
