The Role

You will manage a varied and stimulating caseload of private family law matters. This will include advising clients on child arrangements, negotiating financial settlements and remedies, drafting and reviewing pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and resolving cohabitation disputes. Your work will involve both contentious and non-contentious issues, requiring a sensitive yet strategic approach to client care.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years' PQE in family law
