• A Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in family law
• Experienced in running your own caseload independently
• Business-savvy, with a track record of attracting or retaining clients
• Confident in networking and building local referral relationships
• Commercially astute, yet client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Possibly already embedded in the Bournemouth/Dorset market, or with strong ties
