You'll step into a senior and trusted position within a thriving and close-knit team, working on a stimulating mix of financial, children, and complex family matters for clients across Surrey, Hampshire, and beyond.

The Role

You'll handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• 
  Divorce and financial settlements, often involving complex assets, businesses, and trusts
• 
  Private children matters, including relocation and complex arrangements
• 
  Cohabitation and separation disputes
• 
  Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• 
  Mediation, collaborative law, and other non-court resolution work

You'll play an integral part in developing the Farnham office's growing presence, working closely with senior colleagues, supporting the next generation of lawyers and engaging in business development through networking and community involvement.

What You'll Bring

• 
  5+ years' PQE in family law
• 
  A strong interest in constructive, out-of-court solutions
• 
  Excellent client care skills and emotional intelligence
• 
  The confidence to handle complex cases and develop client relationships independently
