This is where you come in. As the firm continues to expand its thriving Family Law team, they are seeking a talented Family Solicitor who can bring empathy, dedication and technical skill to a busy and rewarding caseload. You will inherit established client relationships while also having the freedom and support to grow your own practice in an environment that actively champions career progression.

The Role

You will work across a broad spectrum of privately funded Family Law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial settlements and ancillary relief
• Children matters (contact and residence)
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Separation agreements and disputes
• Cohabitation agreements

Alongside managing your caseload, you will:

• Ensure best practice and compliance with Resolution, SRA, LawNet and internal standards
• Provide guidance to and delegate work within the support team, including secretaries and paralegals
• Play an active role in business development, networking and maintaining the team's strong profile in the local market
• Nurture existing client relationships while building new ones based on trust and reliability
• Invest in your own professional growth, making use of the firm's resources and opportunities

About You

• You must be a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE in Family Law
• A strong eye for detail with excellent client care skills
• Ambitious, personable and a collaborative team player
• A qualification in collaborative law or mediation is desirable but not essential
