The role
As a Senior Associate, you'll manage your own caseload of divorce, financial remedy, and prenuptial agreement matters, often with complex or high-net-worth elements. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate difficult transitions with clarity, sensitivity, and strategic insight.

Alongside casework, you'll play a pivotal role in the team's growth, mentoring junior lawyers, shaping business development initiatives, and building long-term relationships across the South West. This is a position with influence: the chance to lead on high-profile work while helping to define the future direction of the Exeter family team.

What we're looking for

  A qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in family law
• 
  Strong experience in high-value and complex matrimonial finance work
