The Role:

This trusted and respected regional firm is looking for an ambitious Family Solicitor 2-5-year PQE to work alongside the Head of the Family department out of their Haydock office.

Due to the long-standing relationships and reputation of the Head of the Department and the firm, you will inherit a loyal, busy and high-value caseload of purely privately funded work across the full spectrum of Family Law.

You will work closely alongside the department's Head of Department giving you a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from. This will allow you to develop your technical ability in a supportive environment.

Requirements:

• You will be a Family Associate or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding experience)
• Able to handle your busy caseload of Private Funded Family law including finances on divorce and private children work.
• You are preferably already a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Finances on Divorce and Private Law Children work.
• Confident in handling your own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Able to build close relationships with clients and referrers
• Comfortable working as part of a team and independently
