The Team:

The team provides expert commercial advice in all areas of general corporate lending (including acquisition finance), real estate finance and renewables finance. They handle all levels of instructions, from the largest cross border syndicated transactions through to lower level strategically important bilateral lending.

The Role:

Are you an ambitious Banking & Finance Associate 1-4 years PQE looking to join a heavyweight practice, in Birmingham? If so, this role could be perfect for you!

You will manage a caseload of real estate finance and/or general corporate lending transactions, as well as assist on large Partner-led transactions.

As a junior / mid-level lawyer, you can expect a broad diet of work and exposure to international transactions, advising regularly on cross-border mandates and drafting a wide range of documents including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements and security paperwork.
