The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a junior Healthcare Litigation Solicitor to join this top 40 national law firm in their Birmingham office.
You will enjoy a broad range of work will include complex issues covering:
- Mental Capacity Act 2005, Best Interests and Court of Protection cases
- Mental Health Act 1983
- NHS Continuing Care/Responsible Commissioner issues
- Priorities/exceptional funding
- Governance
- Incident investigation
- Care Act
The Candidate:
- A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with 2 - 4 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- A desire to make meaningful change on key society matters
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
