The Role

• This firm is in search of a Residential Development Partner / Head of Department to join a flourishing team in their growing West End office.
• Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters, acting for developers of both plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.
• There is a lot of work in the pipeline, with even more room to grow

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Development Solicitor; you will be at least 8 years PQE
• You will have good experience of dealing with a Residential Development caseload
• You will deal with quality work, working alongside a highly regarded team.

Remuneration:

• The package will be tailored to the individual, however, the firm will offer a highly competitive salary and a lucrative bonus structure on top
