The Role:

Due to a sustained increase in instructions, the firm is now looking to expand its Housing Litigation team. You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of housing matters, including:

  • Defending disrepair claims
  • Possession proceedings
  • Civil injunctions
  • Environmental Protection Act (EPA) claims
  • Anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues
  • Fraud investigations

You'll also support the team with a broad range of property litigation work, such as neighbour disputes, party wall issues, leasehold disputes, adverse possession, and matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Requirements:

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 1 year PQE in Housing Litigation
  • Experience in landlord and tenant matters, AST, and/or leasehold issues is desirable
  • A strong communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach
  • Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Ambitious and commercially minded, with a desire to progress your career
