The Role:

Opportunity for a Housing Management & Property Litigation Solicitor, 1 year + PQE, to join a leading firm in their Birmingham office.

You will be working with social landlords (and other landlords) on a wide range of housing and leasehold management and property litigation including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes, cases before the FTT and non-contentious matters such as policy advice. As this is a junior position, you are not expected to have experience of all of these areas.

Previous experience working for social landlords is essential, with experience of acting for housing associations being desirable.

The Candidate:

• A minimum of one year's post-qualification experience in the housing and/or leasehold management and/or property litigation; Previous experience of work for social landlords and/or housing associations
• Ambitious attitude with a strong working mentality
