The Role:

This practice is seeking to hire an ambitious Immigration Partner to join its flourishing head office based in the City of London.

The Immigration department deals with the highest quality of work outside the 'Magic Circle' firms and is working collaboratively with many solicitors; however, the firm wants to break off the Immigration department and grow. They have strong India, China and Iran desks, and their clients seem to have a real demand for this area.

The work covers a broad range including; Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sponsor licence tier 2 applications, Tier 2 compliance, advising businesses from SME to FTSE 250, Acting for Tier 1 "high-value migrants", Leave to remain, Extensions to work permits and leave to remain.

Requirements & Salary:

• You will be an Immigration Partner 7+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
