The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing housing provider as their in-house Conveyancing Solicitor. Take the lead on residential property transactions and play a central role in supporting the growth of a substantial UK property portfolio.

The Role

• Act as the primary legal contact for all conveyancing matters.

• Handle end-to-end residential property transactions (freehold and leasehold).

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related legal documents.

• Liaise with external solicitors, agents, local authorities, and stakeholders.

• Support due diligence and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory obligations.

• Provide clear, commercial advice to leadership and internal teams.

• Assist with landlord and tenant issues, including tenancy agreements and disputes.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), 0-5 years' PQE in conveyancing/property law.

• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.

• Confident managing transactions independently.

• In-house or real estate sector experience advantageous.
