Operating for over 25 years, this leading financial and tax planning firm in West Sussex is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The role involves managing a caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Court of Protection, and Trusts. There is also the potential for career progression to the Head of Legal position.

The Role
You will collaborate closely with the Accounts and Financial Planning team and a trusted team of external lawyers. Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload covering all aspects of Wills and Probate, including drafting Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts.

Requirements

• A solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Private Client work
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to work proactively within a team and autonomously when required
