The role

The firm are seeking to hire an Insolvency Partner into their City of London office.

• The firm is very well known for being a litigation practice, that is where they built their reputation into the power house that they are now.
• You will work as part of the wider litigation team, but will work with other Insolvency lawyers in the insolvency department.
• You will deal with both HNW residential and commercial properties.
• Work will include both contentious and non-contentious matters, you will deal with restructuring, supporting administrators, negotiating with creditors, some complex cross jurisdiction matters, debt recovery and enforcement, breach of duties.
• On offer is good prospects for career progression
• You will be an Insolvency Lawyer with between 3-8 years PQE
