International Family Law Partner - HNW/UHNW Clients | Central London + Hybrid Working 3 days a week.

This progressive full-service firm operates across multiple UK offices and is on a strong growth trajectory, having increased headcount by 60% in 2023 alone, with further expansion planned over the next 18-24 months.

Soon, due to expansion across all practice areas the firm will relocate to a new, modern Central London office, reflecting its forward-thinking ethos.

The Role:
We are seeking a Family Law Partner to develop and lead the firm's international practice.

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will:

  • Manage complex international family law matters for HNW/UHNW clients
  • Handle jurisdiction disputes, financial settlements, and prenuptial agreements
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
  • Lead business development initiatives and nurture an international referral network

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be:

  • A senior solicitor or partner with international family law experience
  • Skilled in advising HNW/UHNW clients on complex cross-border matters
  • Commercially aware with proven business development capabilities
  • Experienced in leading and mentoring legal teams
  • Connected to an international network of clients and referrers (desirable)
