The Role:

You will join the firm's flagship Manchester office at an exciting time for the Real Estate team and the firm.

The Real Estate team works with an impressive client base across sectors such as retail, sports, tech and telecoms. You will be working on landmark North West and national transactions, with a high level of responsibility and client contact from an early stage in your career.

You will be joining the Investment and Property Management team handling diverse legal elements and providing strategic advice within asset management, purchase/sales and tenancy.

Requirements:

• You will be an Investment and Property Management Solicitor with 3-4 years of PQE
• Able to work collaboratively as a team whilst also showing individual initiative to build your own brand.
