The Firm and Role

• Based in modern, centrally located offices in Brighton, this respected firm is proud of its open and inclusive culture, where staff at every level are encouraged to develop and thrive.
• In this role, you'll: Manage client accounts in line with SRA rules.
• Monitor and process daily transactions, including CHAPS, BACS, and FPS payments.
• Handle payments, receipts, transfers, and cheque/cash banking.
• Process expenses, Land Registry invoices, and Infotrack payments.
• Support the team with filing and other administrative duties.
• You'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the firm, with support from colleagues who value collaboration and shared success.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in legal accounts with knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Experience with Indigo is an advantage, though not essential.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your time effectively.
• Ideally available to start soon and based within easy reach of Brighton.
