The Role
Reporting to an experienced Head of Legal, you will take on a broad range of legal responsibilities. You will cover commercial contracts (license agreements, NDA's, operational agreements, farm-in farm-out agreements, etc.), business development, dispute resolution, financing, and employment matters. Your role will include providing strategic advice and commercial support to the executive management team while collaborating with external counsel worldwide, to ensure compliance with regional and country-specific regulations.
You will also consider legal risks and ensure compliance, advising on potential issues that the business may encounter. Additionally, you will support the Company Secretary on governance and co-sec matters.

Requirements
- 3-6 years PQE and In-House experience (preferred)
- Experience within the Energy sector is preferred
- Excellent drafting and contract negotiation skills
