The Role

The firm are seeking a Commercial and Regulatory Lawyer to join their Compliance Team as in-house legal counsel. The successful candidate will provide legal expertise with key responsibilities including:

• Advising the Compliance Team on regulatory matters, including SRA and data protection issues.
• Managing and advising on regulatory returns and responses, as well as handling complaints and claims.
• Conducting data protection analysis on suppliers, services, and products.
• Maintaining the firm's legal documentation, such as procurement processes, privacy policies, and contract databases.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and regulatory law, particularly as it applies to solicitors' practices.
• Robust academic qualifications in law.
• Minimum of 3+ years of PQE.
