The Role

• Join a team of 8 lawyers with strong corporate/commercial pedigrees.
• Broad remit across the group portfolio, including automotive brands, sports teams, and media outlets.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Commercial agreements
• Corporate M&A
• Procurement & sponsorship deals
• Stakeholder management
• Broader commercial projects
• Work closely with senior leadership, combining legal expertise with strategic influence.

Requirements

• UK-qualified solicitor, 5+ PQE in corporate/commercial law.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
