Litigation Associate

Commercial Litigation Solicitors! This L500 firm is seeking a skilled and ambitious Associate to join their reputable, Central London based department.

This role will see you work directly alongside the Head of Department and give you exposure to HNW matters that will place you years ahead of your PQE.

This outfit are in growth-mode and are shortly moving to another Central London office due to recent expansion across all departments, making now a very exciting time to join.

The Role:

Due to an increased workflow, this L500 firm is now seeking a 2+ PQE Litigation Associate to join their expanding team.

This practice attracts a significant amount of high-quality work. The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases, Possession claims and shareholder disputes.

They are a very entrepreneurial outfit. A lot of their lawyers are highly skilled in business development, and they will give you the training and platform needed to help develop your own commercial practice.

They have an active, ready-made caseload and are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running.

Requirements, Salary & Benefits:

• You will be a Dispute Resolution Lawyer with 2+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

• You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position.
