Its dispute resolution team is thriving, with growing demand across both property and commercial litigation.
To support this expansion, the firm now seeks a Solicitor who wants to take a meaningful next step in their career.
The Role:
You will handle a broad mix of property litigation and civil/commercial disputes for private individuals, landlords and SMEs. The work is varied and commercially focused, with plenty of client interaction and autonomy from day one.
You will:
- Manage and develop your own litigation caseload.
- Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high client-care standards.
- Stay current with legal developments in your specialist areas.
- Handle correspondence, negotiations and, where appropriate, advocacy.
- Support smooth departmental operations, including billing and supervision.
- Contribute to business development and cross-department collaboration.

The Candidate & Benefits:
- You will be a 3+ PQE Litigation Solicitor
- Experience in commercial litigation, including contractual disputes.
- Strong communication skills and experience with privately paying clients.
- Ability to prioritise, work efficiently under pressure and maintain excellent written/oral standards.
- Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability and strong IT skills.
- Experience with CFAs/DBAs; prior marketing or networking activity.
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
