The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to take on a varied caseload and play a pivotal role in the development of the department. While the core of the role will be Civil Litigation, including property disputes, debt recovery, and contentious probate, there is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the firm's strategic expansion into Commercial Litigation.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues and have the autonomy to help shape and grow the firm's commercial offering, handling cases such as breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence. This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically strong but also has the drive and ambition to contribute to the future success of the department.

Key Requirements:

• You are a 2+ PQE Litigation Solicitor with solid experience in Civil Litigation.
• You have a good understanding of Commercial Litigation and a desire to expand your expertise in this area.
• You are confident handling a varied caseload, including contract disputes, property disputes, and business-related claims.
• You are a proactive, personable individual who can work well within a close-knit, supportive team.
• You have the ambition and ability to help grow the Litigation Department's commercial offering.
