The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer (NQ-2 PQE) to join one of the UK's leading Projects teams. Based in Bristol, you'll work on some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the UK and beyond, ranging from renewable energy developments to infrastructure projects and government-led initiatives.

You will advise on a wide range of commercial and project-related contracts, supporting matters throughout the project lifecycle - from procurement and planning through to execution and operation.

The team's client base includes major energy companies, infrastructure providers, government bodies, and international developers, providing broad exposure and a strong foundation for junior lawyers looking to build a long-term career in this area.

Key Areas of Work Include:

  • Renewable energy (wind, solar, hydro, biomass)
  • Transport and infrastructure
  • Defence and public sector projects
  • Waste, water, and environmental matters


About You:

  • NQ-2 years PQE (including upcoming September 2025 qualifiers)
  • Experience or training in commercial contracts, projects, or sectors such as energy, infrastructure, or public sector (seats or paralegal experience welcome)
  • Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
  • Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in sector-led work
  • Team-oriented, with a proactive and adaptable approach
