The Role

The business are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Paralegal to support their CLO by managing a variety of administrative and legal responsibilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of their legal operations, particularly in handling real estate transactions and other legal matters. Key duties include preparing and managing legal documents, conducting legal research, organising files, and maintaining compliance with legal regulations. The Paralegal will also coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates while liaising with clients, external counsel, and stakeholders.

In addition to administrative functions, the role involves handling confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. You will support the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring that the Legal Director has the necessary resources to navigate complex legal landscapes. By combining organisational skills with a strong attention to detail, the successful candidate will play a critical role in the success of their legal department.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (LLB)
• Prior Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience, preferably within the Real Estate sector
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
