The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Partner to drive the continued growth and development of their high-profile property practice.

The team specialises in commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of sites for owner occupancy, commercial development, and mixed-use investments. You will advise on joint ventures, property finance, and landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and agreements for hotels, leisure spaces, retail premises, restaurants, office spaces, industrial units, location agreements, and concession agreements.

You will play a key role in providing a full-service approach throughout the lifecycle of transactions, exploring issues and options, assessing viability, and advising on all property-related legal matters to guide clients to successful outcomes.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Real Estate Partner with at least 10 years' PQE.
