The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Contentious Trusts Partner to join this firms newly establish City of London office.
Within the role you will;
- Manage a caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, trust disputes, and contested probate cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and strategic advice to clients.
- Draft legal documents, including letters of claim, pleadings, witness statements, and court submissions.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
- You will be a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regarding experience)
- You will have technical knowledge
- Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential
