This offers a Partner the chance to work alongside a dynamic team and well-respected leader in the field, who has built a reputation for providing exceptional legal advice to businesses ranging from start-ups to global PLCs, as well as senior executives and founders. The team is known for its commercial, strategic approach to employment law, tackling complex boardroom issues, high-profile exits, and contentious disputes with finesse and precision.
The successful candidate could bring expertise in advising on a wide spectrum of employment matters, including but not limited to:
- High-level HR issues such as restructures, site closures, and regulatory breaches
- Complex disciplinary and grievance processes, whistleblowing claims, and discrimination disputes
- Partner and shareholder disputes within professional services and financial institutions
- TUPE, outsourcing, and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Advising senior executives on exit strategies and restrictive covenants
- High-stakes litigation, including injunction proceedings
