This is an Employment Partner opportunity to join a globally recognised Employment Group at a Top 40 law firm in the City of London.
This role has arisen due to growth and bandwidth. The existing Partners in the team will support you to build on your experience and clients while establishing relationships with new clients across their domestic and global networks, contributing to the department's overall growth.

There are over 70 individuals that are individually ranked for their specialisms, who are based in this firm's UK offices and the firm is ranked in the Top 40 and is consistently ranked highly in leading directories.
The Role
Employment Partner to join this Top 50 City of London law firm to be part of an award-winning Employment group.
This Global law firm has an Employment team across Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, Middle-East and their offices in the US.
In London specifically they are home to 17 lawyers, including 4 Partners and they together deliver a revenue of over £10 million PA making it a very profitable Employment team (this is made up by the London Employment department alone).
They do this by undertaking a range of contentious and general advisory and transactional employment work for a variety of clients. However, they are heavily involved with clients in Financial Services sector, and although it's not a requirement, if you have clients in that space it would be beneficial.
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified Partner specialised in Employment law
- Your background should be from a leading City, International or highly ranked regional law firm;
- Ideally you will already have worked as an Employment Partner (although a highly ambitious senior, counsel or LD may be considered); and
- You should have a track record of winning business and harnessing client relationships.

- The equity structure is dependent on the levels of fees you generate;
- There are 3 levels of equity, which can be discussed and we can advise where you would sit within that structure.
