The Role:

This is a strategic role for an Employment Partner (10+ PQE) to lead and grow the employment offering.

You'll advise employers on a broad mix of matters, including:

• Contracts, HR policies, and day-to-day advisory
• Discrimination and grievance issues
• TUPE, redundancies, and restructures
• Tribunal and High Court claims

You'll also help shape the department and mentor junior lawyers. The firm offers an active caseload and cross-referral work from its strong commercial base. A following would be desired.
