The Role

The firm is now seeking a Planning Associate to join their Leeds office.

Team: A team of 5, including Partners and Directors, highly experienced people to support you

Reason for hire: Expansion, as there is a lot of high-quality work coming into the team

The Work: You will work on a diverse caseload including major development, nationally significant infrastructure and compulsory purchase led regeneration matters. Your client base will include developers, lenders and public sector clients.

What The Team Is Looking For

• A planning solicitor between NQ-4 PQE
• Experience in drafting and reviewing various planning agreements and legal documents
• Willingness to be participate and develop business development opportunities and client relationships
