The Role

You will handle a varied private client caseload including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate planning. They will work within an experienced team, supported by secretarial staff, with a focus on high quality client service, fee earning, and business development.

Candidate Requirements

• Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
• Strong technical knowledge / experience across the full spectrum of wills, probate, trusts, tax, and LPAs
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable
• Proven ability to run your own files with minimal supervision
• A client-focused, proactive, and professional approach
• Confidence in networking and business development
