This prestigious Top 100 firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its well-respected Trusts and Estates team based in Bristol. The firm offers an exceptional opportunity for career growth and the chance to work alongside some of the most talented legal professionals in the field.

The Trusts and Estates team is renowned for providing strategic and practical solutions to clients with national and international assets. The team works closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executors, trustees, and a large number of farmers and landowners, offering bespoke services in areas such as wills and succession planning, trusts, probate, estate administration, tax planning, and wealth preservation.

As part of this thriving and busy team, the successful candidate will be entrusted with a varied caseload, managing high-value and complex matters, and providing critical guidance to clients over many generations.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated legal professional with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Private Wealth law. You will have strong experience advising on trusts, estates, and tax matters, and will excel at building lasting relationships with clients. Known for your excellent communication skills, you will be adept at instilling client confidence and managing client expectations effectively.

Your passion for client contact, business development, and networking will be key to your success. You may have already begun developing your own business connections and will be expected to continue this work in the role. You should be able to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines with ease and resilience.

You will take a high level of responsibility for your caseload, with opportunities for both legal development and growth in broader commercial and management skills.
