This highly qualified Private Client team work side-by-side with their business lawyers.

They regularly represent ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, celebrities, sports stars, business owners and entrepreneurs, family businesses and corporate professionals on private wealth and family legal matters, providing the same high-quality service and insight as they would expect in their business lives.

The Role
You will enjoy a truly varied work load including:

• estate planning, including the preparation of complex wills and lifetime trusts
• multi-generational estate planning
• tax-efficient business structures and wealth protection
• pre-sale planning
• estate administration
• deeds of variation
• lasting powers of attorney/ court of protection/ deputyship applications
• assistance with elderly parents and vulnerable dependants
• will disputes.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with around 2 - 4 years post qualification experience in private client work.

You will have strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload. You will possess a genuine desire to develop strong client relationships, a commercial mind-set, and maintain the highest standards.
