The Role
Join this tight-knit and high-performing Private Client team and take on a central role as a Legal Director in this growing team.
Not only will you have the opportunity to take on a high-quality mixed caseload of Private Client work but you will also be in a position to contribute to the strategic direction and management of the firm as there is a clear route to partnership.
A variety of work creates a refreshing role where you will take ownership of clients whilst providing the full range of private client advice. The dynamic workload involves managing large trusts and estates, supporting succession planning, taking on a bank of complex wills and POAs as well as advising on asset protection, tax, executry administration, guardianships and more.
Clients span the gamut of size and complexity making for an engaging and fulfilling role.
As a leader within the firm, you will help foster a supportive environment for junior staff members and will actively contribute to their training and professional development. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to departmental and firm-wide business development and actively pursue business opportunities with new and existing clients.

The Ideal Candidate
- Is an ambitious individual with extensive Private Client experience
- Excellent verbal/written communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
- Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
- Is able to manage junior team members and delegate effectively whilst ensuring work is done in a timely and precise manner.
