What you'll do:

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload with increasing complexity
• Advise on succession planning, trusts, probate and tax-efficient solutions
• Nurture and grow your client following with full firm support
• Help shape team strategy and contribute to departmental growth

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years PQE in Private Client, up to senior/partner level
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail and client-first mindset
• Commercial acumen, initiative and a collaborative approach
• Desire to build a profile in Kent, with optional London exposure
