What You'll Do

• Lead on inheritance tax and lifetime trust advice
• Complement existing services in wills, probate & powers of attorney
• Build lasting relationships with clients, IFAs & professional contacts
• Take the lead in business development through networking, writing, and events
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues as the team grows

Requirements

• Private Client Solicitor likely at Senior Associate, Partner of Head of Department level with significant PQE in Private Client law, with expertise in trusts and inheritance tax
• Broader experience across wills and complex probates
• Excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills
• Proven business development ability, ideally with a network of IFAs/professional contacts
• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
