The Role

• Manage a caseload including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
• Advise on inheritance tax, succession planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Involvement in Court of Protection matters where required.
• Opportunities to take early responsibility, manage client relationships, and support junior team members.

About You

• Private Client Solicitor with 5+ PQE.
• Strong experience in wills, probate, and tax planning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Collaborative, ambitious, and ready to take on senior-level responsibility.
