• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), ensuring clients receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining clear communication and addressing any queries with care and professionalism.
• Handle complex and high-value matters, demonstrating your expertise and growing reputation in private client law.
• Achieve annual billing targets, ensuring efficient and prompt billing of files.
• Contribute to the firm's growth by engaging in business development activities such as networking, blog writing, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues, working collaboratively in a positive and supportive environment.

Skills and Experience:

• A qualified Solicitor (1+ PQE) or CILEX professional with solid experience in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and LPAs, with a clear understanding of office procedures and file management.
• Excellent time management, organisational, and administrative skills.
• Comfortable using IT and case management systems to streamline processes.
