Well-known for its Private Client work, the team is growing to meet rising demand, particularly around HNW individuals, complex estates, and international assets. Based in one of the firm's Surrey offices, the role offers a quality caseload, tailored development, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, lasting powers of attorney, estates, and international assets
• Advise HNW and non-domiciled clients with complex financial arrangements
• Develop long-standing client relationships aligned with the firm's 'clients for life' ethos
• Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain professional networks
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues in a supportive and mentoring-focused team
• Engage in community outreach and wider firm initiatives

Candidate Profile

• UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in Private Client matters
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning
• Experience handling complex and/or HNW matters, including international elements, is highly desirable
• Personable, pragmatic, and client-centric approach
• Enthusiastic about ongoing development and contributing to team success
