The role
In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting partners on a varied caseload, including trust settlements, trust administration and specialist tax advice. You'll work closely with clients on matters that require both technical excellence and a highly personable approach, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.

Alongside this, you'll have the opportunity to take an active role in business development, helping to attract new clients and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team. Leadership and mentoring opportunities are also on offer as you support the continued development of the trusts team.

The ideal candidate

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
• Strong experience handling a wide range of caseloads, including settlements and managing trusts
• Proactive, ambitious, and passionate about career development
• Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and team-support skills with the ability to help grow and guide a team
