The Role
You'll take on a key position within the Private Client department, managing a varied caseload while playing an active role in mentoring junior team members and driving the continued success of the practice. Your work will include:

• 
  Complex wills and tax-efficient estate planning
• 
  Probate and trust administration for high-net-worth and multi-jurisdictional estates
• 
  Powers of attorney, Court of Protection work, and elderly client advice
• 
  Supporting business development and client relationship management

You'll have the opportunity to influence departmental strategy, contribute to the firm's growth, and take genuine ownership of your career trajectory.

What You'll Bring

• 
  5+ years' PQE
• 
  Strong technical grounding and experience with complex estates or tax planning
• 
  Leadership qualities and a desire to mentor others
• 
  Commercial awareness and client relationship-building skills
• 
  STEP qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous
