Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client work including wills (contentious and non-contentious), lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, and complex probate matters
• Work autonomously while also assisting senior colleagues on larger and more complex cases
• Deliver clear, high-quality legal advice and build strong relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate and timely records using modern case management systems
• Contribute to the department's continued success and support the development of junior team members

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 1 year's PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of private client matters
• Personable, client-focused, and commercially aware
• Well-organised and confident managing a caseload independently
• Committed to professional development and team collaboration
