You will be joining a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked team within a highly respected regional firm, known for handling complex estates, sophisticated tax planning and long-standing family wealth matters. The work is high quality, the clients are interesting, and the progression is real.

The Role

You will advise HNW individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Estate and succession planning with a strong tax and wealth focus
• Drafting complex wills and lifetime planning structures
• Trust creation, administration and taxation
• Probate and estate administration, including post-death planning and deeds of variation
• Working closely with accountants, IFAs and colleagues across the firm
• Building trusted, long-term client relationships and supporting business development

About You

• Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE
• Confident handling complex wills, trusts and estate planning work
• Strong technical grounding in IHT and trust-related matters
• Commercial, personable and comfortable advising HNW clients
• Keen to develop long term within a high-performing team
