The Role:

The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Partner (or Senior Associate/Legal Director ready for Partnership) to strengthen its growing dispute resolution team. This is a strategic hire with genuine scope to shape and expand the department.

You will handle a high-quality caseload including:

• Commercial & residential landlord/tenant disputes
• Dilapidations, lease renewals, break notices
• Easements, covenants, boundary issues
• Possession claims and enforcement
• Contractual & professional negligence disputes
• Mediation, arbitration, and ADR

You will also contribute to team leadership, mentor juniors, and play an active role in client development and departmental strategy.
